Job Summary Under the direct supervision of the Clinical Director, the GI RN provides exceptional patient care and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the clinical team.
Supports the philosophy, objectives and goals of the Surgery Center.
Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Current California Nursing License Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Minimum of 2 years experience in GI Minimum of 2 years experience administering Conscious Sedation Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred Previous experience with Ophthalmology and Gastroenterology cases Bilingual Vietnamese/English and/or Spanish/English a plus.
Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient Understand principles of aseptic technique and their implementation Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics Salary Range:
$45.
38 - $51.

Required Skills:
