With a smile and a helpful attitude, you'll be the foundation of great customer service in our stores.
While stocking and organizing merchandise, you'll make sure everything is priced accurately and neatly displayed.
In this role, you'll work under the direction of managers, leads, and key holders.
Key Holders carry out the merchandising vision with inviting displays.
You'll rotate products and ensure accurate pricing of all merchandise, while handling a high volume of freight.
As a leader to your team, you'll also assist with the training of hourly associates and delegate duties as needed.
The Front End Shift Lead is a critical team player responsible for the store and crew when the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager are not available.
In this role, you'll assist with the training of associates, while handling any customer concerns.
You'll also hold the keys to the store and assist the Store Manager with associate schedules.

In this role, you will take the lead in running daily operations, including store opening/closing and intensive freight processing.
Encouraging a team environment for the store, you'll promote sales, schedule to business needs, protect company assets, and operate the store within budget.
