We are seeking a Debt Resolution Associate to join our team in the Financial Services industry.
As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our financial products and services.
You will work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
As a Debt Resolution Associate, you will play a critical role in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
You should have a strong background in sales or a related field, as well as knowledge of financial products and services.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In addition, you should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business by reaching out to potential clients and selling our financial products and servicesWork closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop customized solutions to help them achieve their financial goalsStay up to date with changes in financial markets and regulationsContact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plansEducate customers on debt settlement options and provide guidance on the best course of actionRespond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistentlyNegotiates account settlement within established guidelinesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangementsAchieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfactionCollaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experienceRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 2 to 3 years of experience in sales or related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
